Why a Reddit-only tool

Every multi-channel listening product treats Reddit as one row in a source list, which means it reads post titles and stops. On Reddit the thread is the unit of meaning and the buying signal is usually a reply three levels down. You cannot carry subreddit rules, thread lifecycle and posting safety in a product that also has to handle podcasts. So we do not.

The one thing we will never build

Autonomous posting. There is exactly one write path back to Reddit and it requires a human confirming a specific draft from their own connected account — no batching, no scheduling, no queue that empties itself overnight. Eight replies per account per day, identical on every tier including Enterprise. It is the constraint the rest of the product is designed around, not a setting.

What happened to the last one

The category leader shut down because it could not reach an agreement aligned with Reddit's data-API policies, and it deletes all customer data on 1 December 2026. We hold registered API access under a commercial agreement, we honour deletions within 24 hours, and we publish a public notice to redditors explaining what we hold. If our access were ever withdrawn we would have to delete the corpus, and that obligation is in our terms rather than hidden from them.
